Welcome to Braporn (braporn.net). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “User”) and Braporn (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

1. Age Restriction and Adult Content Warning

Braporn contains sexually explicit, adult-oriented content intended exclusively for adults.

By accessing the Site, you represent, warrant, and certify under penalty of perjury that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
  • You are accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where viewing sexually explicit content is not prohibited by law;

2. About the Service

Braporn is an indexing and aggregation service that organizes and embeds adult video content hosted on third-party platforms. We do not host, store, upload, produce, or transmit any video files on our servers. All videos displayed on the Site are embedded directly from external third-party websites that operate independently of Braporn. We exercise no editorial control over the content of these third-party platforms.

3. License to Use the Site

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without our express written consent;
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, etc.) to access, index, monitor, copy, or extract content or data from the Site;
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass any technical measures used to restrict access to or copying of the Site;
  • Use the Site to transmit malware, viruses, worms, or any other malicious code;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers, networks, or connected systems;
  • Use the Site to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce the Site or any portion of it on another website without our express written consent;

  • Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Rights

The Site itself, including its design, layout, structure, logos, branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Braporn or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The “Braporn” name and logo are trademarks of Braporn. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use them without our prior written consent.

4.2 Third-Party Content

All adult video content embedded on the Site is the property of its respective owners and is hosted by third-party platforms. We do not claim ownership of any embedded content. Any trademarks, performer names, studio names, or branding visible in embedded content belong to their respective owners.

4.3 Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content embedded on the Site infringes your copyright, please refer to our DMCA Policy and submit a notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. We respond expeditiously to valid notices.

5. Content Removal Requests

If you appear in content embedded on the Site and wish to request its removal, or if you believe content violates our policies or applicable law (including but not limited to non-consensual content, content depicting minors, or content posted without the subject’s consent), contact us immediately at dmca@braporn.net. We take such requests seriously and will act expeditiously.

6. Prohibited Content and Reporting

We have zero tolerance for:

  • Content depicting or appearing to depict individuals under 18 years of age (CSAM);
  • Non-consensual content, including so-called “revenge porn”, hidden camera content, and content distributed without the consent of the persons depicted;
  • Content depicting non-consensual acts, trafficking, coercion, or violence;
  • Content depicting bestiality, necrophilia, or any other content that is illegal under applicable law;
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights.

If you encounter such content while browsing the Site, report it immediately to dmca@braporn.net. We will remove it expeditiously and, where required by law, report it to the appropriate authorities (including NCMEC for any CSAM material).

7. Third-Party Content, Links, and Advertising

The Site contains:

  • Embedded video players from third-party adult content platforms;
  • Advertising served by third-party ad networks;
  • Hyperlinks to external websites.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, privacy practices, or availability of any third party. Access to and use of third-party content, advertising, and websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Braporn, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of or access to the Site;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right;
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

12. Modifications to the Site and to These Terms

We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any portion of it);
  • Modify these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Toulouse, France, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, and any other notices on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Braporn regarding the Site.
  • No agency. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship between you and Braporn.
